CEO Anthony Mitchell has worked with at-risk student-athletes for over 20 years. Through coaching, mentoring, teaching, training, motivating and inspiring these student athletes, Anthony has helped many to obtain independence and success. Through all of his community outreach work, his current program, Championship Mindset was born. He is the owner of Athletes Fitness, Inc. It is a competitive edge training business. We specialize in developing tremendous work ethic and mental toughness, as well as speed, agility, strength and physical toughness. We have been in operation since 2001. His team of educators, mentors, trainers and coaches decided to join together and create a program that will help all stakeholders become successful in life.

Educator, Mom, Consultant. BA degree in Education. Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Minor in Communications and a certification in Educational Leadership. Strong background and experience in mental health and classroom management techniques. Passion for seeing students succeed in and outside of the classroom. Having a Championship Mindset keeps an individual focused, driven and self motivated to achieve overall success throughout life.

Mrs. Lucas-Grant teaches Language Arts & Gifted
ELA at the Douglas County School System. Anisa helps her students develop goals, morals & ethics through her Championship Mindset program. She considers herself to be a nation builder. Every child deserves a champion & she is their champion! This is her 12th year of teaching & she was the Teacher of the Year for her school & a Teacher of the Year semifinalist for Douglas County Schools, Douglas County, GA in 2017.
Anthony Mitchell Jr is the Associate Head Trainer for Championship Mindset, AFI Elite. Anthony is one of 2 sons to the owner of the company, in which he was born and
raised off of these very same principles and morals. Tony was a 3.0 student athlete who studied Business Marketing at Seton Hill University, and had a prosperous football career while on the path to a Bachelor's degree. Anthony has been apart of AFI since 2006 and has been involved with numerous ages and groups of kids/students alongside his father. With a similar approach, Tony can relate to the youth in various ways since he's not far removed from the same obstacles our youth face on a day to day basis.
Heidi J. Mitchell is the Educational Program Specialist for Championship Mindset. Heidi has a B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Degree in Education. Heidi has taught in grades K to 5, and has 20 years experience as a classroom teacher. She currently teaches kindergarten in the Franklin Regional School
District and is an expert in classroom management. She and Tony have been married for
14 years and have a 13 year old, Isaiah.
Thomas Wallace

Mr. Thomas Wallace is the Executive Director of the YMCA and Owner of Profound
Real Estate LLC. once a troubled teen, Mr. Wallace is a direct beneficiary of the services offered by AFI. Utilizing knowledge and skills acquired by AFI such as character building, life skills and athletic training. Thomas is dedicated to paying it
forward and helping future generations reach their full potential.
